"I am an Osteopath. I don’t chase pain around the body. My aim is to help those who are looking to improve and maintain the mobility and function in the joints and tissues of their body''.

You are here because you are in need of our guidance and professional expertise. At your appointment time you will be met by your osteopath, who will spend time listening to you about your particular problem or condition. You will receive a thorough and comprehensive examination to determine the origin of your symptoms or dysfunction. Our practitioner will then sit down with you in an open discussion and take time to explain clearly the exam findings and how we may be able to help.
If Osteopathic care is appropriate for you, you will be invited to return for a second visit where you will be given an individual care plan which will outline how we can begin to help. Your care will begin on this second visit.
Our field of expertise is the application of highly skilled, focused, hands on adjustment / manipulation of the musculoskeletal system which involves the spinal and peripheral joints and the soft tissues of the body.
Our practitioners have been through rigorous undergraduate and postgraduate training in order to become proficient and effective in these important manipulative procedures. They continue to develop and challenge their clinical skills in this country and abroad in order to apply the most up to date methods.
