Congratulations on starting your journey to better spinal health with us!
On your first visit you will be met by your osteopath, who will spend time listening to you about your particular problem or condition. You will receive a thorough and comprehensive examination to determine your spinal health. We allow up to 60 minutes for this visit.
On your second visit, your osteopath will sit down with you in an open discussion and take time to clearly explain the exam findings and discuss your individual care plan. We will tell you how we may be able to help, the frequency of your visits and the commitment, cost and time involved in beginning to improve your spinal health. We allow 45 minutes for this visit.
We appreciate that life is busy, so we invite you to pre-book your initial care package with us, so that you can reserve the days and times that fit into your schedule.
Our field of expertise is the application of highly skilled, focused, hands on adjustment / manipulation of the musculoskeletal system, which involves the spinal and peripheral joints and the soft tissues of the body.
Our practitioners have been through rigorous undergraduate and postgraduate training in order to become proficient and effective in these important manipulative procedures. They continue to develop and challenge their clinical skills in this country and abroad in order to apply the most up to date methods.
Your regular visits for your adjustments will last up to 15 minutes. We reassess you at regular intervals, monitor your progress and prescribe exercises and lifestyle advice at no extra cost.

Re-examination (patients returning after 1 year or more) = £60
Review (patients returning after 4 months or more. Patients may also require a review if requesting care following a longer than recommended gap from their last visit. This decision will be assessed clinically by the osteopath) = £49.
