How to find us:    

        The practice is located at the top of Holmgate Road,
         Clay Cross, Chesterfield.  As you drive along the A61
         through Clay Cross, Holmgate Road is the turning on
         your left, just before the Post Office.  As you turn
         onto Holmgate Road, the Practice and free on-site
         parking are directly in front of you
